This private reference site is independent of all government offices. It does not store official criminal records, retrieve records, perform official checks, or submit documents for a user.

Its function is to identify Greene County and Alabama custodians, including the sheriff, criminal courts, ALEA repository, ADOC, and ALEA Sex Offender Registry, while also linking to outside research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Use of the website is conditioned on these restrictions:

• Do not violate federal, Alabama, or local law
• Do not threaten, harass, or stalk another person
• Do not use the content for hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to any system

Information from this website or a linked tool may not be used to stalk, intimidate, threaten, harass, or unlawfully discriminate. Alabama registry data exists for public awareness.
