Greene County Criminal History does not maintain, compile, or sell a database of personal criminal records. It publishes general directions to records held by the Greene County sheriff and courts, Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, Alabama Department of Corrections, and Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Sex Offender Registry. This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports about other people.

Outside companies operate the search boxes. Information submitted there is governed by the provider's privacy policy, retention rules, and sharing practices rather than this policy. Review those terms before entering a query.
